Day two I redesign the screens with you in the room, so decisions get made while the people who know the answer are still there. You get: annotated designs for the flow we tackled, a written spec covering states, validation and error copy, a short recording or notes from the observation sessions, and a prioritised list of what to fix first if you can only afford part of it. Then two hours of developer support after handoff, whenever you get to it, even if that is six months later. Standard rate $3,200 for the two days. Locals, clinics and co-ops $1,600. Free for worker organisations under twenty members, and I mean it. Travel inside the Bay Area is included. Further afield we talk about expenses only. One flow per sprint.
