Cleaned on our gravity table to 99 percent purity, sieved for size uniformity, and tested for aflatoxin and vomitoxin on every lot with the certificate travelling with the load. Suited to masa, tortilla and grits production. Test weight runs 57 to 59 pounds. We can supply in 50 pound bags, 2,000 pound totes or bulk hopper loaded at Blair. Minimum order one tote. Larger contracts can be split across delivery months from November through March and we will hold the balance in aerated bin at no storage charge for the first 90 days. Every order ships with the field record: farm, section, planting date, variety and harvest moisture. Ask for a two pound sample from the lot before you buy and we will mail it.
