If I think you need imaging or a surgical opinion, I will say so on day one and give you the referral. No package required, no prepayment, no automatic six week block. Follow up visits are 110 dollars and are also a full hour. I take a handful of plans and I will tell you honestly whether using yours costs you more or less than paying me directly, because with a high deductible it is usually more.
