About this listing
Written for electricians, drywall hangers, welders and anyone else who spends hours a day overhead. Twelve weeks, three sessions a week, twenty minutes each, with everything doable with a resistance band, a doorway and one dumbbell.
The plan works in three blocks: settle the irritation without stopping work, restore thoracic and scapular movement, then load the cuff progressively until it tolerates fatigue, because that is when your shoulder actually fails on a job, at hour seven and not hour one. Each exercise has photographs, a rep and load progression, and a plain description of what it should feel like and what means back off.
Includes a one page section on what shoulder pain means stop and see somebody, which I would rather you read than not. This is not a substitute for an assessment if your arm is weak or you cannot sleep on that side, and it says so on page two.
