Chambers Street Shop Math

Twelve years running a CNC mill, five years teaching the math behind it. I tutor out of a room at home with a bench, a surface plate and a box of scrap, and online for people who cannot get across town. Most of my students are apprentices prepping for an entrance exam, high schoolers who have decided they are bad at algebra, and adults finishing a certificate at Lane who have not seen an equation in twenty years. First meeting is always free because sometimes the problem is not the math, and charging somebody to find that out would be wrong. Two sliding scale slots every week, no forms, just tell me. I still machine a couple of Saturdays a month so the examples I teach with are current.
