Reinhardt Die Service

One bench, one man, thirty-one years. I repair and build progressive dies, form tools and check fixtures for small and mid size stamping shops across Northeast Ohio. Everything is cut, ground, fit and inspected in my bay on West 65th, and I prove new dies out in your press before I send an invoice. Work I take: section replacement, punch and die regrinds, pilot and stripper rework, cam and form rebuilds, spring and nitrogen conversions, and new four to twelve station progressions built to print or reverse engineered from a worn tool. Work I do not take: plastic injection molds and anything over about eight tons that I cannot rig alone. Pricing is a flat bench rate. No expedite fee for nights or weekends. If you are inside 120 kilometres and the die cannot travel, I come to you with a portable grinder, a TIG rig and a granite plate in the truck.
