I am a third generation mason in Casablanca. My grandfather worked stone in the medina, my father worked stone and taught me, and I have been laying it myself since 2005. This shop is three things. Tadelakt and lime work booked directly, without an agency in the middle taking a cut for making a phone call. Pigmented lime and tadelakt kits for people who want to try a small surface themselves and are willing to fail once before they succeed. And a two-day workshop I run at my yard four or five times a year, six people maximum, where you will get lime on your clothes and go home with a finished sample board and sore forearms. Everything I sell, I use. The pigments are the same ones on my own jobs. The polishing stones are river stones I collected myself and I will not pretend otherwise. I answer messages in Darija, French or English, usually the same evening, unless I am on a scaffold.
