Beauchamp's Kitchen

This is the part of the restaurant that leaves the building. Gumbo and red beans packed by the quart for pickup, catering for the kind of party where people expect to eat properly, and a whole hog boucherie we will come and run in your yard. Everything is made in the same kitchen with the same product we serve on the floor. The shrimp came off a boat out of Venice. The greens came from four farms across the lake. Nothing here is a second line of business made from cheaper ingredients. Pickup is at the back door on St Bernard. If you need delivery inside Orleans Parish for a catering order, we do that ourselves rather than through an app, because the app people put the pans on their side and I have seen it.
