This is the side of my work that sits outside a loan application. Not everybody who needs help with a mortgage is ready to apply for one, and quite a lot of people need somebody to read their documents honestly without a commission hanging on the answer. So there are three things here. A one on one review where I go through your income documents the way an underwriter will and tell you exactly what your file looks like from their chair. A small group workshop for first time buyers who want more than the free library session covers. And a workbook for self employed people that walks through, month by month, how to build the twelve to twenty four month paper trail lenders want, with the actual forms and letter templates included. None of it obligates you to work with me on a loan and none of it is a sales funnel. If you buy the review and I find you are ready to go tomorrow, I will say so and you should shop three lenders. If I find you are two years out, I will map the two years.
