Half an acre off Lowry Avenue, two 30 by 96 hoop houses and a propagation house made of salvaged storm windows. I have been growing here since 2017 and cutting through the winter since 2019. Everything is harvested to order. Greens are cut Tuesday and Friday mornings and go straight into a cooler, never washed twice, never held over a weekend. Seedlings are grown in the propagation house and hardened off outdoors so they do not stall when they hit your garden. Restaurants and small grocers buy by the three pound case on a standing order. Home gardeners buy flats in May. If you want to grow through winter yourself, I will come look at your structure and tell you honestly whether it can hold temperature before you spend money on heat. Pickup at the farm any weekday. Delivery inside the 494 loop on Tuesday and Friday routes.
